Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Products & Quotation
All products shown on this site are custom gift boxes, wine boxes and watch boxes. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices exclude international freight, import duties and taxes in the destination country.

2. Sample Service
Samples are available upon request. Sample cost and courier freight are to be covered by the buyer. Sample cost can be deducted from bulk order payment once the formal order is confirmed.

3. Payment Terms
We accept T/T bank transfer. Standard term: 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment. Other payment terms can be discussed for long-term cooperation.

4. Production & Lead Time
Lead time depends on order quantity, artwork complexity and material availability. We will confirm the exact schedule after receiving your deposit and confirmed artwork. We are not responsible for delays caused by late artwork confirmation or delayed payment.

5. Shipment & Risk Transfer
We arrange shipment as per the buyer’s instructions. Once goods are handed over to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer. We will provide shipping documents after shipment.

6. Intellectual Property
All custom artwork, logos and designs provided by the buyer remain the buyer’s property. The buyer warrants that they hold the right to use such trademarks and graphics. We will not reuse your private designs for other customers.

7. Amendment
We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Updated version will take effect once published on this page.
